@A.Hariri My suggestion would be to add an actual post status of in-progress that they manually change it to. Otherwise someone might accidentally click on it and change it without them actually start working on it.

@ZachL You don't have to specify the exact term, just the taxonomy. taxonomy-$tax.php. Its already built into WordPress.

@ZachL taxonomy-$term.php would solve that for you. Just look further down the hierarchy chain.
