For All in One SEO Pack, you would have to filter or wp_head.

comment Uploaded images don't show in Media Library if there are special characters in IPTC Keywords
Seems like a WordPress bug to me. I think you're safe to report it as-is.

comment Display more recent and less recent posts in same category
Are you trying to display the 3 posts before the rest of your list of posts or ordered with your other posts? In essence, should this be separate or together?

comment Different excerpt styles per category, but chronological
You can definitely use has_category and has_tag they work in a similar manner, but assume the taxonomy name. Just remember, the second variable specified in those functions is the post object or id and not the taxonomy name.

comment Different excerpt styles per category, but chronological
You must specify the term and taxonomy. That's the big difference. If it's still not working, try specifying the post object or id as well.

comment Importing and Merging Data into Wordpress Theme from Two CSV files?
If that's the case, I would recommend mirroring your process to the WordPress process. I mean to say, create functions to match your product id to a post id and then match your category names to term ids. From there you can easily build your import script to work in the WordPress vocabulary (so to speak). Does that make sense?

comment How can I use a static (ish) URL for the featured image for a post?
You could parse the attachment object and come up with the url by piecing it together using the known domain and path with the image name, but that seems a bit flimsy.

comment Extra sidebar in Twenty fifteen
The 2015 theme assumes you will only have a single sidebar to the left, so you'll have to override some of the styles to get this to work just right. You're on the right path. You just need to get your styles right: reduce the content width to accommodate for the sidebar and set the sidebar to float right. Unfortunately, the rest of your question revolves around basic css and javascript. I'm afraid that's not the purpose of this site.

comment Importing and Merging Data into Wordpress Theme from Two CSV files?
You could use WordPress' scheduled tasks to import the content on a regular basis. Once you have the schedule down, you would need to find a unique key (likey the product ID) you could use to match up the two types of data. Is that the advice you're looking for or are you wondering about the method of matching the imported content to this taxonomy data?
