I am a code hacker... Meaning I find pieces of code and hack them together to get something mangled and ugly, but usually operational!

You need to check the database to make sure the user has previously left a comment. The link from dalbaeb gives you a starting point... You didn't answer my first question. That is an important difference in how the code would be written.

Quick question - Do you want to show the links for any member that is logged in and has left a comment on ANY post on the website OR members who are logged in and have left on a comment on the current post?

I like plugin recommendation questions and answers. The best way to help new people learn. Too bad WP Answers frowns on these type of questions nowadays.

I'm sorry, I was referring more to general URL and redirection principles. The plugin redirects as intended.

I just realized the subscript didn't show in my comment - My permalink did not do that. It is displayed as H2O with the 2 subscript. I did, however, add H2O to the "Redirection" plugin to point to H(subscript 2)O. This should work correctly, right?

Thanks. I had a DOH! moment. I was using a page template that didn't actually show the title and I thought was creating an error and displaying nothing...
