comment Get a list of galleries from an album in NextGEN Gallery
On the portfolio page (page with overview over all galleries) I had [album id=1 template=portfolio]. The rest were galleries created with NGG. The links looks like http://yourdomain.com/portfolio/?album=1&gallery=2. I also created pages (page for one gallery) with the code like [nggallery id=1] but I didn't used the page - only I retrieved the content. Thats what I remember.

I have the same cutom formatter in my theme. What have you done? Have you removed it? Or have you changed the code?

@AndrewBartel: You could post your comment as question. Perhaps the authors should be informed of the incompatibility.

For my theme I always uses the latest jQuery version. Didn't tried with an old version ... 1.8.3 works!

comment TinyMCE Advances is removing blanks (“ ”)
Thanks for your answer! The text is already in a table and adding another table I think is not possible (except I have multiple rows and merge that rows). Hmmm, are there other easier possibilities for the backend user? For me its not a problem but the user ...

comment Add exception to WP Mobile Detector
The thing is that an iPad is recognized well as tablet and you can set an option to exclude tablets. In my case the Galaxy Tab is recognized as smartphone ... But I think I'll leave it as it is. The semicolon is in the code of the plugin author. It is inside a switch statement.

comment Add exception to WP Mobile Detector
It seems so that this is the global variable. I would place the code either inside the Android detection or after it (overwriting the settings). But I never tested it. Is this the right way? I mean that I would only change the encoding of one device (a certain Galaxy Tab). It would be better to recognize all Android tablets with a resolution higher than 1024px ...

comment Add exception to WP Mobile Detector
That is the question how I can adapt the code (or add a hook). I still would need the detection of the device and here I could use the same mechanism like the plugin (see my code above). I thought someone had already done that but contacting the theme author is an option. But my example code could work but I have to test it.

comment wp get attachment image always gives me thumbnail
Does it then have a height of 1000px everytime? If no than it would work, but I have to use Regenerate Thumbnails.

comment wp get attachment image always gives me thumbnail
If the original image size is e.g. 320x115 would than mendium work? Registering a new image size is difficult, because the sizes could be completely different in height. There is no fixed size. But I'll say the user that he should upload not to use big images.

comment wp get attachment image always gives me thumbnail
So taking the original image size (2677 x 1232) and scaling it down with HTML is the only option for me?

comment wp get attachment image always gives me thumbnail
Sorry, I don't get it. image_downsize gives me always thumb. image_get_intermediate_size also gave me a thumb (150x150). Also I don't know the exact height/width. I can only calculate the height. I want the following: 1) Extract the orginal width/height ->Done. 2) Calculate a matching height (width is set to a constant) -> Done. 3) Get a scaled image with the new width/height -> Problems

I knew that it was wrong, but I wanted to show my efforts. I before had problems with the_date because it was shown only one time and not on each post.

I'm using WP 3.2.1 and still cannot log in with the email address. Do I need a special setting? Or should the username be the same like the email address?

@user983248: Definitely not. Perhaps it has to do with WPML and the synchronizing ..

comment Use navigation path from menu for permalink
Yes, I could set the menu structure, but I don't know if the user would make this, when he creates a new page. The difference is here because I needed the hierarchy for some special adaptions I made (read the content from certain sub pages and so on ...). Normally, the menu should define the structure of the permalink. Thats the reason why I asked for it. And the menu hierarchy is already available. So one would have to define the hierarchy two times. Perhaps I don't understand a certain concept ...

@StephenHarris: Yes, I mean that! This is the current situation and I want to change this behavior. The hierarchy of the menu should be chosen not the one of your example.
