Is it possible to have a network of BuddyPress sites, a-la WordPress MU, with single-sign-on? Sounds like we're after "something a bit more sophisticated" – we want to have a mixture of some BP content that is the same from site to site – all profiles, all friendships and some core groups – but some network-exclusive content – mostly just groups and posts. |

Is it possible to have a network of BuddyPress sites, a-la WordPress MU, with single-sign-on? The whole MU thing I'm comfortable with – the things like 'belonging' are really just an implementation detail that we can handle at a later date. What I'm really looking to understand is whether BuddyPress and WordPress MU will happily co-exist – I've never tried (perhaps I should) and was hoping that someone already had. |
