I'd like to have a separate blogroll archive whereby I can display them more or less in the same manner as posts/post types. IE: an archive which can be paginated and also with links to the separate categories to filter.

How to create an archive which can be paginated and: what are the url's of my blogroll categories?

there is a widget pagination plugin available now, have a look: http://wgpag.jana-sieber.de/
