Did you made any changes in your offline WordPress environment that aren't pushed online yet? –  Mike Madern May 2 '13 at 9:33

Are you using different versions of WordPress in the 2 locations? Are there any other plugins that are different? Perhaps the PHP setups are different between local and online. There's lots of things that could be different other than the code.

Personally I would recommend the Jetpack plugin (http://jetpack.me/) and it's contact form extension. I like that it's made by the wordpress.com team since you know they'll make something powerful and constantly maintain. Plus it's surprisingly flexible :)

thanks for reply the version is the same because i created the online version first and took and offline copy and edited the offline one until it worked fine then i added the changes to the online one and i checked that it is working then i closed then after one day i opened the online again and i found that i crash again thats why i think i could be hacked by someone do you think that could be what happened ?? –  sarah May 2 '13 at 12:13
hacking is always possible. If you're concerned about that then it's probably best to contact your web host and ask them to have a look. –  BinaryMoon May 2 '13 at 12:43
can they know if i am hacked ?? –  sarah May 2 '13 at 13:54
