Pages can have child pages. Have you actually tried anything yet? – anu Apr 11 '13 at 8:22

@Anu : No I didnt tried . I have doubt how to do it and How to form a structure , whether based on taxonomy , posts or page. – senthilkumar Apr 11 '13 at 8:56

This question is not answerable as is. A taxonomy and a post/page are different animals. Which you use depend on what you want to do, not on how it "looks". Please edit this question. – s_ha_dum Apr 11 '13 at 13:43
