I'm trying the following code in theme's function.php:

function mypage_remove_scripts() {
    wp_deregister_style( 'wp-admin' );
add_action( 'mypage', 'mypage_remove_scripts' );

But that doesn't help. Thanks!

Why would you want to do this? – vancoder Apr 10 '13 at 18:49
@vancoder I want to change theme options page style. – Baltar Apr 10 '13 at 19:03
Messing with the standard WP admin environment is always a bad idea, in my opinion. – vancoder Apr 10 '13 at 19:09
@Baltar - And why do you feel you need to unregister the admin css to do that? The administration area will look a total mess without that stylesheet in place. Are you sure you don't simply wish to load your own stylesheet alongside it? (for a specific page for example). Please add more information to your question with regard to what you are specifically trying to archive. – t31os Apr 12 '13 at 9:44
