hi all iam using jobroller theme in wordpress,it shows latest 10 jobs list in the home page with normal paging... but i want to show all jobs list in the home page with a load more button which shows next 10 jobs list below when it is clicked.

here is my code.

Are you sure that you really want this on the server-side? If you need to the user to refresh the page anyway, why would pagination not work for you? –  Johannes Pille Apr 3 '13 at 8:58

You could use the Infinite Scroll plugin. It allows for a manual trigger I think (or you might decide that isn't necessary after all) –  helgatheviking Apr 3 '13 at 10:17
