How can I allow users to edit only their comments? I tried some plugins like "WP Ajax Edit Comments" but users could edit all comments.

As far as I know the edit_comment capability will give the user the possibility to edit their own comments only. So, try adding this to your functions.php:

$user_role = get_role('subscriber'); // get the user role you want to edit

thank you. now users can edit all comments in thier posts and also they couldn't edit their comments in other users' posts? – I left StackExchange Feb 28 '13 at 13:41
Excuse me, not sure I understand you. Users can now edit all comments (also from other users) in their posts, but cannot edit their own comments in other users posts? Is that what you mean? Also, exactly what are you trying to achieve? Maybe I misunderstood: are you trying to get authors to manage their posts's comments, or getting subscribers edit their own comments? – Sunyatasattva Feb 28 '13 at 13:49
