Today i'm not searching for an perfect answer, but i'm searching more for an advice.

So here we go, for a long time right now i'm searching the best way to achieve something (I think it's really simple). I would manage multiple gallery from one place, and be able to attach an image to multiple gallery, use the same image in multiple language (using WPML has exemple), than in my page/post I can attach the gallery by pressing a little button in top of TinyMCE who insert the shortcode for me.
Has I haven't found something able to do it (please tell me i'm wrong and you know a good plugin) i'm now searching for the best way to do that.
If nothing exist, i'll make a free plugin on GitHub to let people collaborate with me (I swear people would participate!) but before starting, I would be sure that i'm not wrong and there's nothing that can make what i'm searching at. The reason why i'm posting here, is to get your advice regarding the WP Gallery shortcode, is it possible to use it and create multiple gallery and i'm just that stupid that I can't find it ?
