Hovering Notification Message Box that can't be dismissed.

This hovering notification message box does not go away at all no matter how much I click the little Dismiss'x'

New Feature: Toolbar

We’ve combined the admin bar and the old Dashboard header into one persistent toolbar. Hover >over the toolbar items to see what’s new.

Network Admin is now located in the My Sites menu

It blocks critical part of the Dashboards for the Sites and Network Admin also.

Is there anyway to make it go away?

Which browser are you using? Does it happen with other browsers? It might be a plugin's JavaScript that's throwing an error, which might be causing the problem. Try temporarily disabling all of your plugins to test. – akTed Feb 4 at 19:21
I think it has to do with Wordpress Multisite changes/ some feature update that won't go away. I'll check in another browser as well and try to post a screenshot. – Alex S Feb 4 at 19:34
If you can't post a screenshot because of low reputation, post a link instead and someone will embed it for you. – akTed Feb 4 at 19:49
Sounds like this is coming from one of your plugins. Do you know which one it is? – Pippin Feb 5 at 1:46
I will post back with some links – Alex S Feb 5 at 19:20
