I wouldn't call this a "breadcrum navigation" and so I guess no plugin adopts this approach. – david.binda Feb 2 '13 at 10:05
plugin recommendations are off-topic here, please see the FAQ. – Milo Feb 2 '13 at 18:20
How exactly do you imagine that working? If Subcategory1 has 2 children than what will be displayed in the next step? – WPMU-DEV Ari Apr 18 '13 at 14:25

SEO by Yoast has a fantastic SEO friendly Breadcrumb setup. Install and activate and the visit the Internal Links page of the plugin to configure.

You may need to add the following snippit into your theme file(s):

<?php if ( function_exists('yoast_breadcrumb') ) {
    yoast_breadcrumb('<p id="breadcrumbs">','</p>');
} ?>

You can use Breadcrumb NavXT for this purpose.Here is the link :- https://wordpress.org/plugins/breadcrumb-navxt/

This plugin generates locational breadcrumb trails for your WordPress powered blog or website. And most important part is that You can customise them also.

To include in theme file you will need something like this :-

<div class="webim-breadcrumb">

Also styling can be controlled by using CSS.
