I want to make rounded cornres on images off certain image size. For example I have add_image_size('xx', '320', '320', true);

Can I hook to this function and add rounded corners after resizing?

Welcome. Look up "CSS border-radius". It is supported enough in modern browsers that it should be reliable enough. I wouldn't bother with actual image manipulation on the server unless you really, really have to. –  s_ha_dum Jan 24 '13 at 14:50

add_image_size() is only used to added new thumbnail sizes. You could try using CSS3 border-radius property.

Something like this:

img{
    -webkit-border-radius: 20px;
    -moz-border-radius: 20px;
    border-radius: 20px;
}
