I am receiving an email notification whenever a new user is added to my site. I need to change the default 'send-to' address. It is using a personal email, rather than my 'webmaster' email. Where is the setting for this?

In the admin interface under Settings > General there is a field named E-mail Address. Unless you have a plugin managing your user registration separately, this should be the default email address for registration confirmations.

Thanks, didn't want to sniff all over for that. – Joann Martin Jan 9 '13 at 17:06

I hope this plugin will help you. Install this and go-to settings-> Email here you can configure the email address. Which will be common mail for all the mails. And you have smtp option as well, if you wish to send email through configured smtp, use it. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

If you are familiar with coding than copy paste the following function on your current active theme's functions.php.

  function kv_wp_mail_from($email){
      return "info@kvcodes.com"; // here change your email.
  }
  add_filter("wp_mail_from", "kv_wp_mail_from");
