I have Custom Post Types hard coded in my theme code which where working fine before I installed the plugin. Now I get 404 pages when I try to access them. Strangely, the taxonomy archives still work.

Any ideas?

did you try flushing your rules? – Bainternet♦ Jan 6 at 23:47
In Settings->Permalink, click the Save Changes button to flush the rewrite rules. Also: what version of Events Manager? This sounds vaguely familiar, but vaguely fixed maybe. – webaware Jan 6 at 23:59
