I am using the rotating tweets plugin, and it says in the readme file to use a shortcode to implement it or use a widget. I would like to go the widget route but have no idea how to accomplish this. I have read this page but it doesnt seem to help http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Widgets. What do I need to do to add it as a widget?

omg I am so blind it was in the widgets panel the whole time just didnt see it.
