can you help me how to create a stockiest/dealer website.

  1. This site is not for public, is will be a membership site for reseller.
  2. Reseller can see stock of products.
  3. Administrator can change products stock for diffrent profile / reseller.
  4. Please help me is there any theme / template
  5. Is it possible with Wordpress ?

please help me with any source. is there any another ecommerce opensource ?
