[domain]/wp-admin/network/site-users.php?id=2 shows no users listed but there are definitely users in the blog. Where/How can I fix this?

My debug information on that page shows numerous depreciated errors, many of of which are from "has_cap" in Wordpress' own functions file: PHP Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /**omitted**/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3551 – Innate Nov 6 '12 at 12:57

have the same issue = a user is in the system, see them in wpmu/wp-admin/network/users.php, but do not see them in a site user list. trying to add a user fails with "user exists" error. – webwesen Jan 11 at 17:36
