WordPress Development Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for WordPress developers and administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I am wondering if there is a survey plugin that guarantees anonymous answers but has at the same time a function to save the participants e-mail-adresses for a kind of lottery?

Or: Is there a (medium-hard^^) way to do this on my own?

Thanks for helping!

Hi & welcome to WPSE. As per recent changes to the FAQ, theme and plugin recommendations are now off-topic. Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news. Search wordpress.org/extend/, for starters. –  Johannes Pille Oct 23 '12 at 15:35

Asking for a self written solution is on topic though. –  toscho Oct 23 '12 at 15:43

I believe this might have been added in the first five minutes after publishing and after I noticed. –  Johannes Pille Oct 23 '12 at 16:49

You can use Contact Form 7 with their quiz option or other general questions.

You can download the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/

Then you can gather their email address by using a Contact Form 7 module called Contact Form to Database. It allows to store the form's collected information. You can download that here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/
