WordPress Answers is a question and answer site for WordPress developers and administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'd like to create custom drop-down menus on the navigation bar where I could then nest particular posts that belong to particular categories.

For example, I'd like to have a "Personal Style" menu from which I could select a "Fashion Challenge" category which would then lead me to all of the posts categorized as "Fashion Challenge" posts.

I know how to categorize a post, and I know how to create menus under Appearance. The problem is that despite my creation of Menus, they never display anywhere on the page. I'm using the Chunk theme.

I've never been able to accomplish the creation of menus using this theme or any other theme that claims to support custom menus. I'm not sure what the hell I'm doing wrong here. All I know is that I'm getting very frustrated.
