There are countless ad managers and slideshows out there, I am just looking for a simple plugin that would just allow me to upload an image and set a link for it which I could then call it from the theme.

Even a simple slideshow plugin would do (where I would just add some photos with links - but not related to a post), but most are way to cpmplez.
