I was hoping someone could suggest a good Directory Listing Script Or Plugin that is friednly with WordPress?

I don't like what WordPress has to offer in it's free Plugins, so I am willing to pay.

I want users to be able to add their Websites URL and also to check for reciprocal Links back...

If you have a budget for it - it would be much more efficient to hire someone to develop or adapt solution appropriate for your needs. In this form this is not going to get good answers. – Rarst♦ Sep 22 '12 at 16:51

How about Directory Press? It's a premium theme that I think suits your needs.
