I'm looking for a plugin to allow people to follow all blog entries added to my blog.

Similar to how this blog has it (at the bottom of page you can enter an email address)

Is there a plugin? And where is it, I can only seem to find ones that allow you to follow comments to a specific post.

If your blog uses Feedburner (commonly via the FD Feedburner plugin), then you can enable Feedburner's email subscription options.

The blog you're looking at is on WordPress.com. While you can't use that feature directly, you can use the JetPack plugin which is almost the exact same feature, just ported to self-installed WordPress via that plugin.

I'm sure there are others, but those two are the two most common to my knowledge. I'm currently on feedburner but I'll probably switch to Jetpack soon for my email subscriptions.

The easiest way to do it is probably through FeedBurner or a similar service. There are plenty of plugins which allow the addition of a 'Subscribe via email' widget. Here's a few examples to get you started:

I think the best choice is the Follow plugin, which provides a follow widget and a floating follow button.

If you are NOT using Jetpack, use the plugin I linked above, if you are using jetpack, use this one (by same author) instead.
