Need Help Using bigdump

I am migrating a WordPress site but have problem with phpMyAdmin restriction (too big - 240 something mb)

I am using »bigdump«.

I believe I have followed every instructions (create a temp directory, drop the tables, update config etc) but when I try to open mysite/dump/bigdump.php I got this error message:

This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at http://mysite.com/dump/bigdump.php/wp-admin/install.php has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer

Noticed that it redirected me to wp-admin/install.php.

Does anyone knows what went wrong? Thanks in advance.

Most probably it is your htaccess file. Remove that which you might have in your domain root.

P.S. - Dumping & Importing database via terminal is super easy if you are on Linux/Mac

Commands:

On local, do this for export: mysqldump -uUSER -pPASS DBNAME > FILE.sql. It will be saved in the directory from which you ran the command in terminal.

On server, do this for import: mysql -uUSER -pPASS DBNAME < FILE.sql after uploading the file to the directory from which you are issuing that command
