I'm trying to use the Approval Workflow plugin. And i followed every steps and done. But when i test its workflow finally, some of new content creations (for example, "new posts") have escaped from the Workflow process trigger.

I mean, not every new creation are falling into Approval Workflow process as they should. These some are directly published, apart from plugin flow (sometime).

It is true that most of them are properly triggered to fall into the plugin process flow. But I have tested the bug by creating new posts manually repetitively via the "Add New" menu. Sometime it happened.

So how can i make it work reliably?

Very well redacted Question, but, IMO, it seems too localized and am flagging as such. Also, why didn't you open a support request?! – brasofilo Jul 14 '12 at 23:44
I have. Already here: wordpress.org/support/topic/… – 夏期劇場 Jul 15 '12 at 3:47

Here is a better plugin. I believe this is what your looking for and it was just released by us at SlickRemix. Its called Design Approval System.

An answer should be more than just a link to an external site. Please add a solution. – toscho Jul 29 '12 at 15:49
What is it? "Design Approval System" ??? Approving the Designs???? I'm wonder that is a "Workflow" or not. I don't think so. – 夏期劇場 Jul 29 '12 at 17:46
