Is it possible to create this type of quiz in wordpress?

In short, yes you can. Depending on how complex & customized your quiz needs to be, you'll have to be familiar with PHP (possibly some JavaScript) and plugin development.

Here's a nice summary of plugins that you can simply drop into a WordPress installation: 4 WordPress Quiz Plugins.

I'd recommend using one of those to start, and if you need additional / different functionality, you can edit them to suit your needs.

Thanks for the answer. But there is one big problem - I'm a noob with php (I know how to make simple modifications, I can read the code, but I can't write my own from start to end). So If you have seen any solutions based on jquery/php ready to use please let me know. – Kris Jul 9 '12 at 8:46
