I also tried to install other text editing plugins but i got the same result.

Have you uninstalled the plugin? If not, go to admin, then Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Click Deactivate on the plugin you want to remove, then click Delete. – dunc Jun 12 '12 at 11:17
yes, i uninstalled the plugin and also deleted it – user17003 Jun 12 '12 at 11:17
And deleted it? Some (poorly written) plugins may leave traces after deactivation. Do you have a link to your website? It sounds like a JavaScript file (or similar) is still active from the plugin. – dunc Jun 12 '12 at 11:19
Doh, my mistake, forgot most users don't have the editor on their front-end! Do you have FTP access to your site? I would suggest finding the plugin in /wp-content/plugins and deleting the entire folder (you can always download it again later if necessary). Have you changed anything in your theme's functions.php? – dunc Jun 12 '12 at 12:47
