I use s2member and I think it's the most widely used. Fully supported with lots of options. I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks but i want to make a website that not involve with payment. It just approved registered users can read premium contents, is that possible with S2? – DzulFriday Mar 26 '12 at 4:05
Right it works the same only you're not applying a fee for levels of membership. So I think it does the trick nicely for you. – Pollux Khafra Mar 26 '12 at 5:21

the best membership plugin is Wishlist Member. It is not free, but worth every bit of the $97 that it costs. I have been using it for about a year now and could never run my site without it. Check it out!
