I am using the NextGEN Gallery plugin, but I am facing a problem. When I add a slideshow, it does not load any images but the image loading icon shows up. Single image placement through this plugin works well. I have the same problem with two other slideshow plugins. Is this problem browser-related or is it some other problem?

You need download the imagerotator.swf file. Next upload it to your wp-content/uploads folder. Log into your wp-admin area and go to Gallery/Options. In the options section go to the last tab (I believe it's called slideshow. I haven't used NextGen in a few years so it might be a little different). Look for a section toward the top that says something like imagerotator.swf location, next to it you should see an autolocate button. Press the button and it should find the location and install it. NOTE: When you download the imagerotator.swf it will come with several files. You only need the one called imagerotator.swf. The rest can be deleted. |
