Is it possible to set the past date of the post? To some previous event.

would be good if you elaborate your scenario, you question is really abstract – andrewkthx Jan 28 '12 at 10:40
I am creating a blog what already have a lot of posts, unfortunatly it is impossible to migrate with the database, so I would create those posts from scratch again so I want to change the date of the posts. – user385917 Jan 28 '12 at 10:53
well but you can do that manually, since you are creating from scratch, I don't see the problem, just do a "Quick Edit" and you are able to change the date – andrewkthx Jan 28 '12 at 16:39
If you have to manually enter them, @m0r7if3r's answer is spot on with what you have to do. If you have a lot of blog posts, this can be quite time consuming. Have you tried doing an XML export and import? This will maintain the timestamps from the old posts. If you're exporting from another WordPress install, here's an article in the Codex which guides you through exporting, and another which guides you through importing. – Matthew Boynes Jan 28 '12 at 16:41

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

In the Publish metabox, there is an option for Publish: which defaults to Immediately, click the edit link next to that and you can backdate your posts (or set them to publish in the future)
