I am using W3TC but Page Cache is not working. I have narrowed down the problem to the htaccess. Although the cache is being generated, it is not being used. Instead the page cache is generated every time the page is accessed. The problem is in the htaccess where DOCUMENT_ROOT is used. If I change that to a hard coded path, it works but the plugin keeps checking and changing the htaccess, plus I cannot figure out why DOCUMENT_ROOT is not working anyway.
