I have an odd problem with the drop down that should list authors within the post editor. This site previously used to be a multisite install but we removed that and made it single site. Since then we have a number of users showing up who are just subscribers, not all but just a handful. Additionally I have some entries that look like this () - a long list of those before the real usernames start. Any idea what might be causing the mixup?

Maybe you shuld try to reinstall wordpress Core files? But more it looks like a database problem. | |||
