I am looking for a slick content slider plugin for my WP site, something like SlideDeck. But I have am using an older theme that incorrectly implements the loading of jQuery files, so any plugin that tries to use jQuery breaks the site. So I need a content slider that doesn't use jQuery or I need to fix up this darn theme. Can you recommend a plug-in?

Content sliders require animation; animation generally requires jQuery. Your better option would be to fix your Theme (which should either be posted as a new question, or else modify this question accordingly). – Chip Bennett Nov 30 '11 at 17:24
