I don't have a lot of experience with wordpress.

I'm wondering what plugins I need to set this up.

For example, someone owns a theater. They would come to my site and register for an account. Then they could create an event for a play they have next month. They can edit and manage their own events, but they would be displayed to the public.

I'm looking for a plugin with reoccurring and one time events. The event plugins I looked at so far seem to require the site administrator to add the event.
