In default WordPress is providing only 1 posts page and rest all pages are description pages. How do I get an additional posts page?

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.
By default WordPress has only 1 posts page that displays all posts in all categories - index.php. It will be front-page by default and can be assigned to a different page in settings > reading.
Your question isn't very clear what you want to achieve but you can either use categories and link to the category page - www.your-url.com/category/category-name which will pull out all the posts from a particular category. Or you need to setup a custom page template and use query_posts or get_posts to pull out the posts you want.
