Is there an easier way to do this?

i lost a large amount of post and feeds, which then downgraded me from google ranking.

Looking for help or answers.

This question is not very descriptive and can't really be answered unless you reword. Question/comments that come to mind:

  1. why do you have an older wp database? you should upgrade to the newest version.

  2. if you have an old wordpress installation, you can just insert posts the same way as you do now.

  3. if you need to programmatically add posts to an old wordpress installation, this doesn't make a lot of sense. I would just upgrade your wordpress to the latest version, and then add your posts in.
