I installed a plugin that cleaned the database. Only problem is now its removed all my feeds/posts and i have been downgraded on the search engines.
i have backed up all my data bases preivious to the clean-up. I have now also updated all my pages on my site too, so to make a simple restore of the data base will erase all my new updates to my pages.
There must be s simple way to insert older post but keep new posts or keep all post_author ID and install all posts from another post_author, this way it will keep my posts and insert just the old feed.
Looking for a simple solution as i am not a MYSQL expert.
