I've been searching for tutorials or articles or any advice on installing wordpress on a shared windows hosting environment, and can't seem to find anything.
I know that the server 'meets the minimum requirements' for installing wordpress (php 5.2.4 or greater, mysql 5.0 or greater, the Mod_rewrite Apache Module), but the wordpress codex instructions for installation list separate windows installation instructions, which seem to require administrative privileges for the server, which I don't have.
Has anyone installed wordpress on a shared windows hosting environment before? Can anyone offer tips, advice, problems to avoid, or point me to any helpful resources on the subject?
