changing the home page name

Question

I have used a plugin for breadcrumb on my wordpress site.As breadcrumb is there then it is showing the complete path. But my problem is that it is showing the home page as blog. So can anyone tell me how to change the blog into home in breadcrumb. For breadcrumb I have used Breadcrumb NavXT plugin.
