I am trying to get my permalinks to match the location of where the page/posts lie in the navigation menu at the top of my page. For example, my travel site has has a post about Torres del Paine National Park that lives Adventures -> South America(%category%) -> Chile(%country%) -> Torres del Paine (%postname% on the navigation menu, then i want the permalink to be: websitename.com/adventures/southamerica/chile/torresdelpaine.

I am knew to wordpress, and I do not know php and very basic HTML. Is there some sort of tag I can put in the custom structure field under Settings -> Permalinks in Wordpress?
