I would recommend you my GChart plugin. It will allow you to create a lot of different charts with ability to customize it deeply and embed into your posts.

Define good? This is a tricky topic because possible requirements for functionality and license can vary greatly.

There is a question about graphing libraries for WordPress but it covers libraries that can be used, rather than ready-made plugins.
