I have made multiple pages in my Wordpress site but whenever I go to these pages without the www in the beginning the site always redirects to the homepage. I know if i was getting an error it would be something with the DNS but these pages just go back to the homepage. Not sure what I did wrong in the configuration.

So www.example.com/some-page works properly, but example.com/some-page takes you to example.com? Have you tried disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme? – Pat J Jul 7 '14 at 16:17
What are your .htaccess rules? I don't remember if this is actually typical behavior, usually fixed by redirecting one version to another on server level without involving WP. – Rarst Jul 7 '14 at 16:17
@PatJ yeah i have done those things. And still having the issue – Bs3kg Jul 7 '14 at 20:52
Please edit your question with the contents of your .htaccess file, as @Rarst suggested. – Pat J Jul 9 '14 at 12:45
