Hi I'm interested in creating website with a database of names and a search engine that finds matches for queries and displaying the full record for the relevant field.

I would like to know how I could do this using Wordpress.

1: Create the tables you want with the information you need.

  • you can do this either with a plugin or if you have access to phpMyAdmin do it that way;

2: Create a custom page template, and build it that way using your PHP MySQL calls there.
