Should I Use the Advertising Manager Plugin? If So, How?

I was planning to use the Advertising Manager plugin by Switzer. But, the documentation site appears to be down (permanently?).

I'm using WP 3.1.1 with the Suffusion theme.

a) Would you recommend using this plugin?

b) If so, can someone point me to a tutorial or a link on how to use it? Or advise how to get set-up?

I found a tutorial on Youtube about how to use the Advertising Manager plugin:
