I want to write a post in word-press but why only html editor in the text box?

Try disabling plugins and switching to default theme, does the issue remain? – Rarst Jan 12 '14 at 12:29

Visit your profile and see if the "Disable Visual Editor" box is checked. The editor section of the image looks exactly like what happens when you check that. I suspect that is part of your problem.

The right hand sidebar, however, looks like what happens when you have Javascript turned off in the browser. That isn't caused by disabling the visual editor. But with Javascript disabled those buttons above the main editor should not appear. That makes me think that there might be two issues. Something is breaking the Javascript on the sidebar. I couldn't tell you what but it is most likely a plugin.
