I'm sort of new to WordPress and W3 Total cache? In setting up the page caching there is an option that reads "Cache requests only for my-site.com site address Cache only requests with the same URL as the site's site address."

What does this mean and what is the down side or up side to checking it or leaving it unchecked.

I know my site pulls in a few iFrames. Would his reduce the page load somewhat?
