WordPress Development Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for WordPress developers and administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

This is kind of a weird problem. I upgraded all my WP installations to the latest 3.8 version and in one of them I seem to have lost the ability to browse through the plugin directory.

When I click on "Add New" to install a new plugin and try to search for something, no matter what I type on the search box I always get this: No plugins match your request. Clicking on Featured, Popular etc. gives nothing as well.

I tried reinstalling WP, deactivating installed plugins but nothing changed. Permissions to the wp-content and the plugins folder seem to be ok and I have 3 more separate WP installations in the same server without this problem. Is there anything else I could try? Has anyone else had this problem?
